Philosophy

dr. beth triplett
The connecting of dots is intentional – linking small steps in the short term while seeing the big picture in the long term. Like stringing pearls together to make a necklace, connecting the dots is a philosophy and way of behaving – a pragmatic way of approaching life – whether that be supervising a staff, completing a dissertation, buying a gift or advancing a project in the workplace. Leadership dots are daily lessons to inspire you to create a cumulative pattern of intentional culture change, one dot at a time. In addition to writing leadership dots, I help new supervisors gain the skills necessary to have confidence in their new role. Contact me to assist either yourself or your supervisors through my training, consulting or supervision coaching.
